Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation’s service. Thank you to all the many men and women and their families who have given so much to keep our country safe and secure. It is important for us to recognize their dedication and sacrifice. Because of them, our flag continues to wave “o’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.”
